Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

• In-Store pickup is available Monday - Friday 9am -5pm. Please select this option at checkout on your online order. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please come in by the service/ pick-ups door and we will help you get your order to your car. 

SHIPPING

• Online orders are only available for orders shipping within Canada. 
• Online orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) when the item is in stock. If an item is back-order, we will notify you of the delay. 

• The shipping companies we use do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please be sure to provide us with a valid address where it is possible to deliver packages otherwise a risk of delay may occur.

SHIPPING FEES

• Shipping fees are calculated according to the location of the shipping address and the total weight of the order. Shipping fees will be clearly indicated during checkout. 
• Some products are free shipping within Canada (some Kasco Marine products, Lake Bottom Blanket and Deskuzzer). 
• Once you place your order, additional freight charges may apply for delivery to remote locations. If this situation arise, we will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order.
